Service Description

Wake Up, It's Spring is a 5-week course of two Yogilates sessions a week (10 classes total). Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating yoga+pilates session. We will focus on strength and mobility to make us feeling better than ever before. Our mantra: BREATHE. MEDITATE. PULSE.
