1. How do I book a live streamed class?G

Go to my schedule and select the class you want to attend.

The next page will ask you to select the exact date and time of the class you want. Click confirm.

Add your contact details, then click "Book & Pay".

Choose from the payment options.

Confirm that all details are correct and click "Book & Pay".

You'll get an email confirmation with your private Zoom link to join the class.

2. How much is a class?

A single class is 12€. If it is your first time attending my online class, you get 50% off.

If there are two or more of you watching from the same home, pay for only one (1) person.

You save money by getting a series pass:

5x Pass: 49€

10x Pass: 89€

20x Pass: 159€

All passes are valid for 3 months. 

3. How do I pay?

via credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

via Sports Vouchers:

ePassi: Search for "Nicole Betita"

Edenred, Smartum or Eazybreak: Search for "Helsinki Yoga Girl"

* Search for my business name on the voucher company's website/app. Type in the total amount you are paying. Confirm payment, then send me a text saying what you just paid for and I'll add the class or series pass to your member account.

4. I have a promo code. How do I use it?

When booking a class, at the "Add Your Info" page, you will see "Enter a coupon code". Type in your code and confirm. Make sure it displays your deducted price before clicking "Book & Pay".

5. After booking, how do I join the class?

Classes are held using Zoom.

Install "Zoom Cloud Meetings" app to your mobile phone OR select "Launch Zoom" if on your desktop. 

The email confirming your class contains your private Zoom link.

Click that link 10-15 minutes before the class starts to set up your audio and video. That's also a perfect time to chat with me, and your classmates, if you have any concerns or questions.

6. What props do I need for my class?

* We don't use these props all the time. But it is good to have them. The more you practice, the more you discover what you need in each pose.

* If you don't have store bought props, be creative! Use what you have at home.

7. I want to join but I don't want others to see me.

No problem! You can select (at the bottom left of your screen) to turn your video OFF. If you right click on your screen, you can even "Rename" yourself so no one can identify you. Also, all participants will be on mute when the class begins. 

The best thing about live classes is that I am with you practicing in real time. We all want to move safely and effectively to really get the benefits of our practice. If you have your video on, I can see how you are moving and can give you personal instructions and corrections. Everyone else will have my own video enlarged, so no one will notice what you are doing.

I give the same advice for beginners who come to the studio. If you want to get better at your practice, stay near the instructor, especially if it means being in the very center of the first row. Instructors can get to you quicker without causing disruption to the class. Everyone is paying attention to themselves so you don't have to be ashamed. 

8. Do you record these live sessions?

Yes! I save them in the video library and are available to view if you are a site member. If you liked a particular class, you can practice it again at another time. Not all classes are posted, and weeks may pass before they are available so joining the live class is certainly your best option.

9. Can I cancel a booking?

Yes! You can cancel a paid class up to an hour before and the payment will be credited to your account.

How to Cancel:

Sign in to your member profile.

In your "My Bookings" page, click "reschedule" and change your class to a later date.

If you cancel within an hour from the class, payment is considered final and non refundable.

10. Do you accept refunds?

Yes! If you purchased a single class, and are unable to attend, you can reschedule the class for a later date. if you are sure you will not be attending in the future, I can issue you a full refund (as long as cancellation was made no later than an hour before class start)

If you purchased a series card, and you haven't used any sessions from it, we can transfer the card to a loved one as a gift, or I can issue you a full refund. (Refund is valid within 14 days of purchase).

11. Something has come up and I want to pause my subscription.

I can put a temporary hold on your card. When you want to reactivate it, the original amount of remaining days will be calculated into the new start date. Just send me a message and we'll get you sorted out.
