YOGA FOR BEGINNERS                          60 min

New to yoga? That's great! We all start somewhere. Yoga shouldn't be intimidating, nor should it be boring. What I always strive to do is to give you a practice that makes you feel good, but also encourages you to see what you are capable of.


So if you try this class, and some things still seem challenging, it's only because it's still new to you. Like in kindergarten, when we are learning to count just after learning the alphabet. It isn't hard. We just haven't learned it yet. Like all things in life, practice something often enough, and it becomes second nature.


That's the mindset I hope you'll have with you as you take this class. :) Tell me how you feel after! It's always different for everyone. :)
