Chairs just got more interesting! GET FIT at home. All you need is me, a chair, and your ecstatic personality! This class is structured with the Barre Fitness outline, aimed to give you a complete body workout, and have fun doing it.

 

If you hand hand weights, it will certainly spice things up! Be creative. You're at home after all, and you have a flurry of things around you. You can use apples, boxes of beans, cans of soup, you name it! Just follow the rule: maximum 1 kg per hand (Believe me, you won't want more than that).
